Wood has always held a fascination for Peter.

From the time he chewed the knobs off his cot, his appetite for wood and what it can be turned into kept growing.

Given a home-made wood lathe at 12 years of age, he proceeded to convert any spare bits of wood into bowls and platters of all shapes and sizes.

Family and friends soon realised they were destined to become the proud owners of various wooden objects whenever a gift was required.

Peters wooden items can be found in store, yet be quick these unique one off gifts don’t last long.

Products include bowls, platters, knifes, dibbers, spurtle, corkscrew and Christmas decorations.

Peter’s wife, Sue is also a creative and makes various sewn articles including the famous “Penny the Hen”.
